They have easy to read statements and inform you of changes a month before they take place.

There are always long queues on the telephone lines

They have excellent customer service when you get through to them and their communication via letter is excellent to. There prices do not increase like other suppliers.

actually as far as I know atlantic had one of the largest price increases in october 2008 of 19% and 29% elec and gas!!!!! AS WELL AS BEING THE ONLY COMPANY TO BACKDATE THEIR INCREASES TO AUGUST!!! the only energy provider on the market to possibly leaving thousands in debit right before christmas!!! not to mention if you want to contact customer services you have to leave a message on the answer machine and wait for somone to call you back!! Great news when you have a power cut!!!
