Used to be 10/10, but have lost their way with automated services.
Bad Points
If you are overseas, they continually cancel your cards for fraud prevention, which means you have to phone them almost daily from overseas.
General Comments
I have banked with Lloyds (& LloydsTSB) for 12 years now, but I will be looking around for a more personal banking service - if such a thing exists these days!
