Good Points

Had car hire for full term of repairs (5 WEEKS). Innocent party though - would it have been the same had I been at fault?


General Comments

Only minor damage to my vehicle (innocent party) but repairs were a whopping FIVE WEEKS. I was told various reasons for this initially but then they settled on a parts supply problem. Contacted vehicle manufacturer and was informed there was no problem whatsoever with the parts requested. -- ?? My vehicle also managed to acquire further damage, somehow, after being collected - the repairer did deny any responsibility for this. Would I consider Zurich (Skoda) insurance again? What do you think?
