General Comments

We had similar experience. When we arrived they had no record of our internet booking. We had to pay again, it had to be in cash as their credit card machine was not working (they said). When we got back we were ringing for half an hour before we got an answer. Pickup then was quite quick but when we got to the car park they had not brought our car back yet. Some confusion as to where it was but they found it, we had to wait in a freezing metal box that serves as an office while this took place. From first trying to ring them to getting into the car took nearly an hour and a half. I am now trying to get my initial booking fee back from my credit card company as they do not seam to have a record.
