Cheapest quote - but subsequent experience showed why....


Bad Points

Not interested in claim, only in business.


General Comments

In the heavy rainstorms of last year, my garden wall fell down. It was dry-stone and just couldn't cope with the volume. When I claimed on the phone, the call-centre claimed their records showed that the weather was not that bad. The same day, the local newspaper had shown photo's of cars being washed down the street about 200 yards from here.......it was clear that they had absolutely no intention of even treating the claim seriously. Needless to say, I have changed my insurance and I advise everybody I know NOT to insure with AXA
