Lost our details, unorganised.


General Comments

When we arrived they had no details of our on line booking. We had to pay again, in cash as their card machine was out of order (they said). We we came back we had to keep ring for 20 minutes before they answered. When they took us back to the pick up the car hadn't been brought back and we had to wait another twenty minutes. From starting to ring to getting into our car took over an hour. We are now having to get the money back from our credit card company for the original booking.
