Delivered on the day requested
Vase was broken and the plant was destroyed.
Unable to talk to anyone directly on the phone for 5 days.
Emails were left unanswered.
For a company that is a glorified mail order firm their (Interflora)attitude and customer service is atrocious.
I assume they delay treating complaints for 7 days to absolve themselves of liability under the terms they advertise stating complaints must be received within 7 days.
Disgusting service and disgraceful attitude.
