Bad Points
Everything, unprofessional in my opinion. Hardly return my calls, emails or even answer the phone. If you do have the fortune to track someone down they are either rude or seemingly misinformed.
General Comments
I would not advice you use JMC Furniture (or Modern Classics Direct / Italian Classics Direct). If my experience is anything to go from, you will only be disappointed.
