Used to be fantastic - great lines - great support - real stars on the helpdesk all of which has gone to pot since THUS took over a while ago.
Support is very unhelpful in my opinion. I've spent 2 years in Asia and speak some Hindi, and their call centres are all based out there, and they still don't understand my problem, the lines are terrible and the support have no real authority.
They used to be the best. Support was truly awesome - the best in the business.
THUS came in, outsourced everything to asia and its all rubbish now. They are asset stripping the goodness out of what used to be a really good ISP. It's a real shame, dont recommend Demon Broadband.
