General Comments

Made two claims over a two year period and had no problems apart from i had to keep chasing Tesco Pet Insurance all the time. Made a new claim as one of our cats fell ill on Boxing day, so emergency vets (very expensive) called Tesco's a few days later after our cat had been treated to ask for a claims form, after about ten minutes on the phone, i was told that I doubt that i would be able to get any money back as it was after the 12 month period allowed and that i should have phone Tesco's first before i took him to the vets. They sent out the forms in the end, then i called back last week to be told that it was being processed and then just had another call today to say we are no getting anything.

Not very happy at all.
