customer service, fake deals, hidden charges, non-stop cold calling to their customers.
I decided to switch after my £12 a month bundle jumped up to a £30 a month bill. Charges for calls were triple the amount I had signed on for and the free minutes or text deal seemed to have stopped. One call to another network cost £1.50 for a few minutes. Virgin refused to correct their mistake, claiming I had sent them a text asking for my free minutes and lower charges to be stopped! Yes that's right. One day I woke up and decided I was just too rich.
I did in November, ask them to stop cold-calling me trying to sell me a contract. They were interrupting me every half-an-hour at work and I think they've entered my request to stop incorrectly.
Customer Services cut me off repeatedly or just refused to speak to me when I was trying to resolve this. They haven't been able to provide any 'proof' of this supposed text and have proved impossible to deal with.
