Why when Sainsbury Kitchen Appliances say online it's in stock, is it not in stock? Why can't the customer service advisor have any empathy when I am a mum of 3 and have no washing machine - I found he was just rude to me. They didn't even offer an alternative and said I could cancel or go elsewhere, or just wait 4 weeks without a washer!
