Good Points

When the iron works, it does an excellent job. I love the fact you don't have to worry about burning a hole in fine lace if you leave the iron setting on something delicate because the iron will not leave a burned spot on anything.


Bad Points

Two different irons, two different problems. Customer service poor.


General Comments

First iron I purchased in Nov. 2007. Took several tries to finally get customer service to return my telephone calls as the iron was making "sizzling" sounds--perhaps it was leaking water. I don't know. They replaced the iron for me in Jan.2008. Now, the steam button sticks and will not shut off when I have the steam in the discontinuous position. Same problem trying to get hold of customer service. They finally returned my phone call today. I am going to demand my money back. I paid over $200 for this iron and expected the iron to last alot longer than it has. I would not recommend that any one purchase this iron. It hasn't performed up to my expectations.
