Bad Points

I will be taking them to court because they have failed to refund any money at all after 9 months (I have followed the contact to the letter and have proof of delivery on the monthly invoices they request; if anyone has experience of small claims court, please advise - maybe we can start a class action and get them shutdown.


General Comments

Please contact if you want to participate in the recovery process; I cant see any point in continuing the contract since they obviously have no intention of paying anybody. Maybe worth approaching Vodafone (with whom the contract is placed) to see it they can put any pressure on....

    I'm also in the same situation - got the first couple of cheques from The Mobile Outlet, then nothing since.
    I haven't received a response to my emails threatening court action, so the next stage is to issue them a summons (once I work out how to do it)!

    I have spoken to some loss adjusters firm, they looked up mobile outlet and found they had gone into liquidation!! virtually no chance of money back so gonna see what next step is, if they have enough assets may be able to get something from firm dealing with it but highly unlikely.
