The prices at Southall travel are one of the best in the market. I must say very competitive. The agents are helpful.
The customer services is struggling to keep up with the travellers expectations. Probably need more staff and efficiency.
No company is perfect. Compare any company and we would find un-satisfied customers as well. Overall I would say Southall travel is a good company. With few unsatisfied customers we can't conclude that the company is not good. If a get a good price and all my details in time the company is doing perfect. Solving any problem in the travel industry takes time. It doesnt happen immediately. General awareness is also important.
