You can never speak to the same person I have spoken to at least 10 customer service agents in the last few days :o(
Which a couple were really unhelpful


General Comments

The post office informed my son if they hadn't received proof of his security system that they would cancel his policy he was told to fax them through to the customer service agent before the 13th feb, so we faxed them on the 12th then he gets a letter saying they cancelled the policy on the 11th due to not receiving the proof, the letter they sent was dated 13th and the letter said they were cancelling on the 12th (hows that work) to cut a long story short they cancelled his policy even though they had already had the proof when he first started the policy and also they were faxed them off AGAIN. All they have offered him is a new policy paying another deposit but the premium is £300 a year more! So of course he declined stating its their mistake they should reinstate his old policy so its now with the underwriter who can take a week or more to look into it and will let him now the outcome but we are not holding our breaths.
