General Comments

Very, very poor customer relations. There is a man you should avoid in store. You will know him. A real idiot who thinks he is always right, and you the customer, are always wrong. I took back an item that was definitely faulty, but this guy tested it for over a hour and informed me it was fine, so no return money. All three of my computers found it did not work, including a computer from Aria itself. The item in question should have recorded a home video with sound. It recorded sound all the way through but not video. The guy from Aria tested only audio and said it was fine and no refund money. Please avoid this guy.
