Customer service used to be great. Good points programme with Virgin.
Removal of Virgin Lounge access.
You have to fight to get to someone who cares when you call the American Express Centurion Black customer service.
Its seems you get the same service as Platinum users
Only ever had an upgrade once with a very expensive hotel
Travel service is terrible, they often just look at Expedia.
People do not call you back and have only just started using email.
