Good coconut flavor.
Would like cooking hints on the package... how to increase spiciness, add more bulk (add extra yogurt?) It took me a long time to find this on the grocery shelf, because I was looking for KORMA in large letters. It said creamy coconut sauce, with korma in much smaller print. I must have overlooked it a ziliion times.
Patak's korma sauce is the closest to the flavor I prefer when I eat korma in a restaurant.
I think it's the coconut, which isn't always present in a korma sauce, either restaurant or in a jar.
The taste is mild and creamy. We love peppers, but didn't really like the sauce that contained peppers as much. Probably because we're used to what we're used to.
