For the Internet the Colour scheme and ease of use if you have a password manager are the first things that come to mind. In the banks mostly the people are friendly and helpful some have been nasty in the past but so have a few customers.
In my view there are no bad points there are things that might be worked upon. I find keeping all my old bill payments with my new ones a bit confusing.
I would like to see a debit account set up that can only have money going in and none coming out apart from standing orders and direct debits. With an overdraft facility and low interest if you go overdrawn only to be used for paying bills. Where you can set up direct debits or standing orders over the internet as well as a facility to cancel as well over the net.
