Baggage Payment that they don't tell you about when you book it. Disorganised. Late flights. Unhelpful staff. No organized seating.
Uncomfortable aircraft. I wouldn't fly with Easyjet again.

   I think the traveller did not read the website booking form properly concerning baggage then seemingly complains unfairly and rates everything based on his mistake which soured the experience.
