Poor customer service, poor communication.


General Comments

Ordered two items (to be shipped to the UK). When they hadn't turned up after 3 weeks I emailed to ask when to expect them as there was no way to track the order in my account (although their site says there should be). I had to email four times and I only got one holding email back that told me nothing. Exactly a month after I'd ordered I got a notification via Paypal, not even from Shoebuy, that Shoebuy had cancelled my order (and refunded the cash in fairness) - with no notice or explanation from Shoebuy themselves. Not impressed at all.
