Good Points

Clear statements


Bad Points

Statements arrived late. Customer service poor and difficult to obtain response. Call centre in abroad. It took ten minutes to establish that charges levied were in error.


General Comments

I have had this account for a number of years but I have become exasperated by unkept promises of return phone calls. I am about to transfer to another bank's account.
