Was ok while it still worked properly.
General Comments
I guess I've been luckier than the rest of these folks, my unit lasted 4 years before it started giving me the C:13:00 error. I used advice I found out about the "hidden menu" and it took care of it for a while. Now 2 years later I'm getting it again and also the "insert disc" error even when it has a disc in. And I've had freezing and skipping too. Like these other folks, I will never buy Sony products again. Too bad, they USED to be the best thing going.

One thing I have noticed is that all have the problems occur in Sony DVP S560D DVD Players about the time the warranty is getting over. I would definitely not recommend this product to anyone.
