Good Points

I had a claim for a lost earring. It was handled really sensitively - they seemed to realise that it had sentimental value as well as a cash value.

General Comments

The price is very reasonable. The cover is excellent. I have been with NUD for several years. Each renewal I shop around and whilst I can sometime beat the price by a few pounds, I am so happy with the claims experience that I am prepared to pay a little extra for the excellent peace of mind. After all - that's what insurance is for.
