Good Points
When it works, it's great.

Bad Points
It's a heap of useless junk when it stops working. Just scan the internet to find out how many people have ended up with a unit that's frozen, won't charge or won't come on. My local sat nav dealer claims he deals with hundreds of complaints about this Tom Tom and won't sell it any more.

General Comments
What a disappointment. My Tom Tom One is now fit for the bin after just over a year's use. It's been temperamental, not charging properly, whilst out on the road. This results in the battery being so low that the unit won't fire up at all. I've changed the cable to no avail. I've been told it's a fault within the machine that is not rectifiable. This appears to be overly common with the Tom Tom one, according to what I've read on the internet. Buyer beware.
