General Comments
I ordered a pan-hanging rack from the web site on 20th Jan 2007, but received the wrong item, probably due to some error on my part. Anyway, I rang to arrange the collection of the item and a replacement. On 1st February, the item was picked up by a courier. I'm still waiting for the replacement, on 19th December, after at least 3 phone calls and 3 emails. I've never had a reply to my emails. The phone operatives were most sympathetic, but say the paperwork hasn't arrived, and nothing can be done until then. I've got a receipt from the courier, so that should be the end of it, but no such luck.
I'm never buying from them again!
