The machine broke down after just 6 months, had an engineer out twice before they would agree the machine was useless. Servis would exchange my machine but only on a week day between 7am and 7pm but they would not renew my warranty even though it was a new machine. The delivery driver was supposed to call one hour before arrival but they couldn't get that right, he called 15 minutes beforehand. I had to take 3 days off work and the staff are rude and incompetent. I would never buy a Servis appliance again and would never recommend anyone else does either.
