General Comments

I have been with CONTINENTAL FINANCE for going on a year. Until i reported my card lost thing's were fine. Then i reported it lost and all hell went wrong. It took 3 month's to get a replacement card, when it did arrive I had already reported that card missing, so they sent me another. When that one arrived i couldn't access it to activate because it wasn't and still not in the system. I have been calling, all i get is a recording, sending letter's but have not received a response fro either. I send my payment's each month, they seem to get that but nothing else. Why wont they respond to something. When i spoke to lost or stolen card's they say call this number and press three (3) when prompt say press 3, it never gets that far for you have to inter you 16 digit card # and if it's not in the system they politely say incorrect information goodbye. What am i to do. I have two card's and can't use either.
