General Comments

I've had VPI insurance for 3 years with NO claims. In January 2008, I had 2 claims for pet's eye infection. I paid $143 for vet's fees and meds. I got $59 back after weeks of waiting. I tried cancelling the policy for 18 days. Got the run-around that emails, faxes, etc. were never received. I finally threatened them to forward all emails to State Insurance Commissioner. VPI said they would keep the monthly premium for February 2008. I told them NO WAY!! VP has very POOR service...only good at collecting premiums. I've rated VPI as "0". I went to Pet First Insurance.
