General Comments

Ordered a book on-line with an estimated 1-2 weeks delivery. After 3 weeks emailed W H Smith to find out where the book was. No reply despite the message saying they will reply within 48 hours. Wrote another email - no reply. Then 3 more emails. Still no replies. Phoned and was promised a phone call back as the person had to make some enquiries about my order. Yes, you have guessed it - nothing. Still waiting and waiting and waiting. Have now ordered the book elsewhere but I just want to see how long it takes them to reply to my emails and to deliver my book. I have got a bet on that it will be 8 weeks at least. Service was truly appalling and by far the worst I have ever experienced.
