We flew with Thomas Cook on a charter from Princess Cruises on 2nd February 2008 from Gatwick to Barbados the flight was appalling with cramped seats (10 hour flight! ). I am not tall but my knees were touching the rear of the seat in front the aisles were so narrow the flight attendants could barely get through with their trolleys and if you needed to use the toilet whilst the trolley was in use there was no chance of getting through the meals and entertainment package were also bad.

General Comments

Thomas Cook should be ashamed of themselves I would like to see their management try a long flight to see for themselves but I am sure they are already aware I will be contacting Princess cruises to advise them that if they continue to use Thomas Cook I will not be cruising with them again
