Beautiful villa in a lovely quiet resort. Well laid-out resort. Quiet and relaxing. Helpful and friendly on-site staff.

General Comments
I've just spent a week in a villa at Polaris World La Torre in Murcia, and have to say it was one of the nicest and most relaxing holidays I've had in a very long time.
When I got invited, I was a bit suspicious of what to expect, but that's probably down to childhood years at the mercy of Butlins and Pontins.
Polaris World La Torre is more of a town than a resort, with a well-stocked supermarket, lively and enjoyable Irish bar in the "town centre", beautiful views, and the inevitable golf course for putting fans.
The villa we stayed in was beautiful too. Having earned the master bedroom I was lucky enough to have my own balcony with a view over a vineyard and golf course!
The staff on-site were helpful and friendly too. One of our party lost her mobile phone in the taxi and forgot which taxi company we used. The security team were straight on CCTV, found the company, phoned the company and got the driver to look for the mobile phone in his car.
Plus, upon arrival, were were given a tour by a resident member of staff who was able to give us her own recommendations for where to eat etc.
All-in-all, the week was brilliant. This certainly won't be the last time I visit as I'm already checking my calendar for summer!
