Everything from customer service to the connection speed. Downloading anything took days..
I broke my contract with BT, I was that fed up, went to virgin, and have never looked back... keep away from bt I think they are the the worst internet provider out there, and thats saying something!... oh and as far as I am aware, for breaking my contract I am still paying there so called line rental... even though the service never worked.
