Its entertaining and has great music and good routines.

Hard to keep up and instructor guy doesn't go through the moves well enough.

I think it's a good dvd, best i've found so far however the guy doesn't really tell you what to do he's just like 'side back side and round!' and does loads of stuff thinking we're supposed to know what to do, it's confusing sometimes but you get the hang of it if you keep on doing it and rewinding it 50 times.
