Ordered some valentines flowers with extras for my fiancee from asda.
i ordered the 'it must be love' bouquet which should be 12 grand gala roses 3 treefern and 2 sala (which is basically some green leafs and some green thin grass like branches)
the extras i added was a red love heart shaped balloon + pot belly teddy + they added free chocs 50g.
the order was delivered on the correct day and within specified hours(which i believe to be lucky after reading other reviews) - which is good
however the bouquet was not the correct 1, they replaced it with the cheaper 'calypso' rose bouquet, and it was without a balloon.
i find this totally unacceptable, i am very disappointed with ASDA,as i did not get what i paid for!
I will fone up to complain and post back results
