Good Points

Food was good. Entertainment staff really friendly. The views wonderful from the rooms.


Bad Points

No telly in the rooms or basic tea and coffee making facilities, felt like there was a charge for everything, safes, computer use, not even a jug of water on the table with evening meal. Games room dated.


General Comments

We have been before first time approx 6 years ago really enjoyed couldn't really fault anything then. But on going back found some of the reception staff unhelpful verging on rude. The entertainment staff although wonderful and got on really well with them, most had just started therefore the evening shows where not that good and there didn't seem to be as much audience participation. I'm sure by now they have perfected the shows and are brilliant by now.
We enjoyed the holiday because we made the most of what there was. Had plenty of sun so we were HAPPY.
