Reliable, always connects.
Not the cheapest provider
After reading some of the opinions on here a lot of the problems are down to BT lines (especially if your connection keeps dropping out at certain times or weather conditions), the speedtouch usb modem can also cause problems with it being usb (usb devices are prone to locking your pc up, try using an ethernet modem), I've been with tesco for 3 years, had problems when first connected line used to drop out at 9 am, reported this to tesco, NTL called me same day and passed fault to BT. BT engineer called a few days later and said it was my internal wiring that needed changing and it would cost £15 per 1/2 hour. I pointed out that it didn't work even when my internal wiring was disconnected, and that it always dropped out at peak call times on the lines (9am) I also pointed out I worked for GPT (GecPlesseyTelecommunications), his face dropped when he realised I knew what I was talking about. Anyway off he went found a new line to the house and bingo no problems since. I cant comment on the customer support after the 4 week initial period because I've had no need to use it. Tesco gets 10/10, BT get 1/10 because they tried to rip me off. I'm currently looking for a cheaper provider but am worried about not getting the same service I get now.
