UK FREE Technical support 24 hours
No bandwith management
Been using NTL then Virgin for 7 years, moved house to a area that did not have NTL. Did some research, and thought I will go for 02, (NOW BEEN USINGING 02 FOR 4 MONTHS) since I had a contract with them for my mobile, I thought £15pm for 20MB was good value. Excellent communication, I knew what was happening all the way, which looking at other service providers is quite a novel idea. Setting up was very easy, also the router provided is locked down and you do not have full control of the modem you are able to port forward which is good. I also been drunk on night decided to make changes - do not say why but it seem i good idea. We it all feel over, so I called Customer services and in less than a minute I was talking to a well informed technical guy, who was not working from a script. As I am not a guru but I know a bit. So it was refreshing, and he was very helpful. For this reason alone I would recommend O2 for broadband. Furthermore there speeds are very good, as good as Virgin without the bandwidth management issues. What I can say I have in downloaded a lot in the first 2 months - and no letters at all. Very good service, and a good product
