Good Points

Initially the cars seemed cheap and the salesmen were not pushy. We changed our collection day and the salesman were helpful in organising an earlier pickup.


Bad Points

Hidden charges after advertised price for pre delivery inspection, vallet, number plates (advertising Motorpoint) and HPI.


General Comments

We saw a car on the internet which was approximately £300 cheaper than dealer price. We booked a 2 day break in a hotel as we had to travel 140 miles to see the car. After seeing the car we decided to purchase the car, however the car had an offensive smell inside but the salesman assured us this could be dealt with before we collected it. On collection day the smell inside was still as bad and we were told that there was only one key available as the other one had not been sent from where the car had come from. We were assured that we were able to purchase another one at the cheap price of £90! Also we were told that the valeting department were putting a 'smoke bomb' in the car which would cover up all smells. At this point we decided that this was no longer a good deal and decided to ask for our deposit back. They agreed to this without any hesitation.
