Good Points

Delivery rates are good,they do not overcharge or charge extra for packaging or handling. Their dvd prices are,generally lower than the shops.


Bad Points

In the last few the service has deteriorated,quite often titles they list are not on hand,they have to be reorder, some taking a long time,


General Comments

Generally,this is a good firm,but,improvement is needed
