Good Points

Pleasing to see how much dust it seems to suck up. Easy to empty.


Bad Points

Completely user unfriendly. Suction power very disappointing. Badly made.


General Comments

I hated this thing from the start. It didn't do badly on wooden floors, but it's rubbish on my carpets. I can stand there going over and over the same patch - it just won't pick up fluff or cat hair. I'm not sure whose stairs it is designed to sit on, but my very standard stairs are way too narrow for it. It's very difficult to switch the head from hard floor mode to carpet mode as the lever is so stiff. The wheels on the head roll off every now and then, in case you weren't exasperated enough already...
