General Comments

I had bought a car 6 months ago which came with a years free insurance from Endsleigh, I have since changed the car and tried to change my policy to the new car. I was told that since I have only been driving 1 year and 7 months they will not insure me for my new car at all!!!!

Old car was a 1.6 Scenic, new car is a 1.8 Zafira.

Why will they give me insurance for a 1.6 and not a 1.8?

When I was told they could not offer me insurance they wanted to transfer me to another place that could. I told the young burnley lass on the phone that I did not have time to do that as I was about to go out. Her reply "thats fine transferring you now".

I hung up
