We purchased a Nintendo WII on the Saturday, money had been withdrawn from our accounts on the Tuesday, on the Thursday Currys then emailed us to cancel the order. After being given the run around by having to ring different departments, no formal answer could be provided as to why they had cancelled. I printed their email which clearly states that they had cancelled the order, my wife was informed today that she must have misread the email. We have since ordered our Wii via Comet, we are also awaiting a full refund plus compensation for the excessive number of telephone calls which we had to make.
