Have nothing but good things to say about the support team. They are always helpful & always get back within the time stated. Google submission is fab.
Bad Points
Discount Management system is not easy to use, a little complicated & hence sometimes doesn't work as you would wish! Would like to be able to 'hide' products from customers when not in stock rather than delete & then have to re-input for next time. They have a 'showdata' tag which I am still getting used to & is very complicated. Sometimes works, sometimes doesn't.
General Comments
After looking around we decided on this shopping cart - never having used one before. It was easy to use and has got easier with time. Google submission is excellent. For someone who is new to HTML, there is often a lot of jargon but, eventually, you will understand what it means & then the site is easy to use.
The invoicing system within EKM is OK & they are introducing a PDF system where you can effectively amend the invoices - we are sure that will be really good when it is updated & finished.
Overall we would recommend them as I haven't had any bad things that warrant a slating. If things don't work they always do their utmost to help & I think that comes over everything else. If it goes wrong at least you have a friendly person at the end of the line willing to help & you don't feel like just another bod. They also take on board suggestions from customers. Saying all this, we haven't had experience of any other shopping cart to compare but based on other reviews, I think we've got a pretty good deal.
