Plenty of branches/cash machines, direct phone line to branch,can manage account online, few account errors
Bad Points
Poor opening hours, counters always understaffed, always trying to sell you stuff/"review your finances", low interest on current accounts, online access fiddly and awkward to use
General Comments
I don't use overdraft/credit cards etc, so can't comment on charges, but Natwest can be very slow at clearing funds if it's to their advantage to do so. Basically the same lame service you'd get from any bank-no better or worse.
