Good Points

Lovely clothes, shoes and accessories


Bad Points

The website is the worse I have ever come across. I tried for 4 months to try and place an order but each message came back as 'Transaction not accepted.'I ended up going to a River Island superstore in London to buy my items. On the very rare occasion I have managed to place an order it takes much longer than the 5 days as stated. More like 7 - 14 days!!


General Comments

River Island is my favourite store of all time. Expensive but their clothes are unique and majority of them are exquisitely pretty which you wouldn't find in any other store. However, as stated, the website is horrendous... avoid at all costs!
