General Comments

After going through the same process that everyone else has and stupidly paying the money I am now in the process of getting it back. You have to be relentless though. This is the worst of them all apart from perhaps Yes.
Email these people
and don't stop until they offer you the full refund. Even then just keep at them every day until the money is back in your account. Make them know that you will report them to the OFT as well.
