Ordered flowers for valentines day and they did not arrive, complained and was told it was my fault i did not read the small print which states they may not arrive on requested date. The fact I ordered the 5 days in advance made no difference, would not refund or even cancel the order. Avoid like the plague
Poor poor service and even worst customer service
