Doesn't jump. It has good sound quality aswell and sounds great with the MP3 songs.
Bad Points
I find it confusing to understand how to record off the radio. It doesn't seem to start recording when you want it to.
General Comments
Overall the Sony MZ-N505 is a good portable mini disk player. The only bad thing is that it does not have a screen on the controller and recording is difficult. Other than that the sound quility is 8/10 and it can hold a lot of music.
